Day 1: Arusha- NP Tarangire
Drive from city Arusha to one of the largest Tanzanian parks- NP Tarangire for game drive. It will take about 2 hours (120 km) to reach NP, have a picnic in the park, followed by an afternoon game drive. The park is well known for varied landscape, which is scattered with huge knotted baobab trees and home to herds of elephants, lions, leopard, zebras, wildebeests and antelopes. Stay overnight at Kigongoni camp site.
Day 2: NP Tarangire - NP Lake Manyara
Drive from NP Tarangire to small but very divers NP Lake Manyara located at the edge of Great Rift Valley. After game drive through the forest inhabited by monkeys, antelopes and birds, follows a picnic lunch in the park and afternoon game viewing, a great opportunity to see its marvellous concentration of game, including 350 species of birds not to mention the glistening soda lake itself where you will catch glimpses of grazing flamingoes and if you are lucky enough you have chance of spotting Tree climbing lions. Stay overnight at Panorama camp site with excellent panoramic view.
Day 3: NP Lake Manyara- NP Serengeti
After breakfast you start on your way to Serengeti national park, a picnic lunch will be provided. On the way you will stop at the Olduvai Gorge museum with artefacts from Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists Louis and Mary Leaky made many significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life originated in Africa. In the afternoon you go on game drive at NP Serengeti. Stay overnight at Seronera camp site.
Day 4: NP Serengeti
A full day of game drives around Serengeti. The Serengeti is the best known wildlife sanctuary in the world and boasts many species of plain animals from Hare to the elephant. The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai language referring to an endless plain depending on time of year and the migration of the herds. You can expect to see wildebeests, lions, elephants, giraffes, leopard, cheetah, a lot of antelopes, hippos and others. Stay overnight at Seronera camp site again.
Day 5: NP Serengeti– Ngorongoro
Go for early game drive, if you’re lucky you will be able to see some cats like lions, lioness, leopard, cheetah etc. returning from hunts or some action of them. Drive back around 10:30 to put down tents and pack then, have a nice meal before departing. Do more game drive on your way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Optional is visit to maasai boma if you are interested. Stay overnight at Samba Camp site which is located on the rim of the crater.
Day 6: Ngorongoro- Manyara
After breakfast adventurous drive into the crater for wonderful game drive and a picnic lunch next to the lake. Ngorongoro crater belongs to WORLD HERITAGE SITES and it’s must to see. As very few animals migrate in and out of crater floor, ngorongoro crater has the highest diversity of animals worldwide. Among of the species are lions, cheetahs, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, hyenas and black rhinos. After the game drive up to the camp, pack your things and drive out to stay overnight at Jambo camp, Manyara.
Day 7: Manyara- Arusha
After breakfast go for cultural tour around Mto Wa Mbu village, excellent possibility to learn about local people, way of living and see how they are making traditional drinks. Walk up to the waterfall, or you can walk up to the Lake Manyara where you may get so see more animals and flamingos. Take a walk back to the camp while your lunch will be waiting for you, after lunch drive back to Arusha.
